As we wrap up this week at HP, trimester 2 grades have closed. Report cards will post on Monday, March 16th at 4:00pm on the parent portal.
On Thursday, we held our rescheduled 8th Grade vs Staff Have a Heart Volleyball Game. Thank you to all who came out to support our 8th grade. It was a great event to raise funds for the American Heart Association. After three matches the teachers were victorious. The event raised $1,627!
On Friday, March 20th at 1:30 p.m., the 7th Graders will perform Scottish Dances. Parents are welcome to attend.
Book Bonanza last week raised $3,665 this year which allowed Ms McHale to purchase 175+ books in all grade levels to replenish and refresh the library! Ms. Fottrell’s class won the ice pop party with the most participation, 13 students! The participation from pre-k up through grade 4 was amazing!

As a reminder, there is only one line of traffic permitted on the Lynn Street pick-up line, and double parking is not allowed. This procedure is in place to ensure clear sightlines for staff and drivers, maintain an orderly flow of traffic, and most importantly, protect the safety of our students as they enter and exit vehicles. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us keep dismissal safe, calm, and efficient for all families.
There are two minimum session dates in March that we wanted to remind parents about:
Thursday, March 19th - K-4 ONLY Minimum Session Day For Parent Teacher Conferences
Tuesday, March 24th - Prek-8 Minimum Session Day - 12:45 pm Dismissal - Staff PD in the afternoon
