HP Families,
As we wrap up our first full week of school, it has certainly been a busy start to the year at HP!
Last night, parents and guardians of PreK-3 students joined us for Back-to-School Night. It was great to see such a wonderful turnout.
As shared this week, we are excited to be hosting a fundraising event after school on Tuesday, September 16th, in the Big Gym for the Urban Family. - See attached flyer and please consider supporting in any way!
On Tuesday, September 16th, we will have Author "AJ" Amanda Woods, spending time with our students in grades 2-4. However, the signed book sales are open to all HP Families! See attached.
Our Middle School Biking unit is underway. Thank you to our PE Dept for getting our students out on the roads this week!
At HP, we are excited to recognize students in a number of ways! Attached, you will find our Student of the Month Character Traits. Two students per grade level, per month, are recognized for Student of the Month and receive recognition. Additionally, we have a Super Spartan Wall where student photos are put up and notes are sent home. For the Super Spartan Wall, students are recognized when a staff member catches them helping our school community in some way!
